We seek a detail-oriented and friendly professional to join our team, focusing on managing client relationships, processing orders, and coordinating internal sales operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order placement, and status updates via phone.
Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with our existing client base, handling a high volume of repeat business.
Liaise closely with various internal departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales order process.
Manage administrative tasks related to coordinating and tracking client orders.
1–2 years of related experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong verbal communication abilities.
