- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order placement, and status updates via phone.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with our existing client base, handling a high volume of repeat business.
- Liaise closely with various internal departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales order process.
- Manage administrative tasks related to coordinating and tracking client orders.
- 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong verbal communication abilities.
