We seek a detail-oriented and friendly professional to join our team, focusing on managing client relationships, processing orders, and coordinating internal sales operations. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our established client base. We are an entirely employee-owned firm, fostering a strong, collaborative team atmosphere.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order placement, and status updates via phone.
  • Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with our existing client base, handling a high volume of repeat business.
  • Liaise closely with various internal departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales order process.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to coordinating and tracking client orders.
  • 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and strong verbal communication abilities.
